Here you have an out of ordinary  and very simple meal  to prepare: Vegan duck with soya sauce.

I 've used pieces ofvegan Duck of this brand  "Veggie", sell it frozen, but you can use any vegan meat that you have on hand, chicken, soy steaks, even with previously seitan marinated with spices. The duck comes with a slight taste of orange and ginger fibers so it's very tasty itself.

The original recipe would be with orange, the traditional duck a l'orange, but I've never been a big fan of that combination, and as the duck and comes with  orange flavor I preferred not to add more. But this is up to you, so if you like you can throw a few slices of orange.

Ingredients:

- Vegan Duck
- Onion
- Soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 or 1 cup water

If the duck is frozen   it is important that you defrost you can do it in the microwave but it's best to thaw in the refrigerator to avoid breaking the cold chain.

The first thing is to chop the duck into smaller and finer pieces, thereby facilitating heated.

Cut the onion into strips and passed through the casserole. When almost done  add soy sauce to taste, and a tablespoon of flour with half a glass of water and stir until well mixed. If we see that is thick you can add a little more water or if it is very liquid add a little more flour. you can try and decide if you want to add more soya.

When everything is  ready  add the duck to the sauce and mix it well. If you see that there is not enough sauce you can always add a little flour diluted in water and soya. Let it cook a few minutes until the duck absorb the sauce flavor, and it's  ready!
